At Michigan Made Treats, we’re excited to be a part if your big day. We are based in Lansing, MI. We have had the pleasure of delivering to beautiful venues all throughout Michigan.
We want your wedding cake and to be just as you dreamed. To ensure the highest quality of each order, we limit the number of orders we take. This allows us to give each order the attention that it deserves. We recommend booking as soon as possible. Our dates often book 6 months to a year in advance.
We offer cake/dessert tastings, either in person or a box to take home. Each box is personalized to you, the client.
To reserve your date, we require a non-refundable retainer of $100 and a signed contract, available upon request at any time. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event, otherwise the order may be canceled. You are able to make payments between the initial payment and the final due date with no additional fees or interest.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we deliver all over the state of Michigan. We prefer to deliver all wedding cakes and most large event cakes, as they may require additional set-up. Delivery prices are calculated by distance of travel.
Can I pick up my wedding cake?
We don’t recommend this. However, if you do choose to pick up your cake, we are not responsible once it leaves our premises.
How much do the cakes or desserts cost?
Our wedding cakes and desserts are priced per order. The pricing is based on several factors. These factors include complexity of design, fillings, and other elements of the desserts.
How do you handle food allergens?
At this time, we may make gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, vegan or sugar-free cakes. Please contact us for more information.
Note: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate anyone with severe allergies. We understand that allergies can be very serious. We use products that contain allergens or that may have been manufactured around nut products. All our baked cakes are made using shared equipment that also processes nuts and gluten. We do not have a dedicated allergen-free kitchen. If you have severe allergies, contact a bakery with a dedicated nut or allergen-free kitchen.
